Ingredients

6 Orange Veg Blocks

500mL Chicken or Vegetable liquid stock

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Heat the saucepan on a low-medium heat.
Defrost the Veg Blocks in the microwave for approx. 2 minutes.
Add the oil and crushed garlic. Cook until lightly browned (1-2 mins). Make sure you stir garlic so it doesn't burn.
Add in the liquid stock and Veg Blocks.
Heat until you’ve reached the desired temperature to eat. Season to taste.
Recipe Note
For supermarket stock, I always recommend Campbells salt-reduced liquid stock. This is the only brand I've found that isn't reconstituted from powder. You can also then season the soup as much or little as you like by going salt-reduced.
