Over the years, my quick scrambled eggs and cheese wrap has evolved to this healthy breakfast burrito. I'm someone who generally never likes eating the same thing, but this is one dish that I keep going back too, especially as a quick post-workout recovery meal. And as always, there is a tonne of sneaky hidden veg that you won't even notice.
Don't forget you can cook your eggs anyway you like - and don't forget to add bacon on days that you feel like treating yourself. Today is as good of a day as any!
