Our very first guest recipe author for Five Plus Foods. Thanks to my good mate, Nick, for providing us all with his nourishing and delicious smoothie recipe. I love that he's used the Rainbow Blocks for this recipe, helping us to get a huge range of vitamins and minerals in a single serve!

Ingredients

½ banana

125g frozen mango pieces

125g frozen mixed berries

0.5 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon peanut butter

350mL milk of choice

2 Rainbow Veg Blocks
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz for at least 2 minutes.
Serve over ice, or a few chunks of frozen mango!
